At the Casket Store, we have taken steps to make the casket selection process as easy as possible. You may choose from a variety of metal and wooden caskets on display in our store selection room. Each casket is marked with a detailed description and price.

Metal Caskets are made of bronze, copper, stainless steel or coated steel. Most metal caskets are sealed with a protective rubber gasket, which will resist the entrance of moisture or other graveside substances. The type and thickness of the metal used, and the workmanship and interior fabric will affect the quality and the price of the casket.

Metal Caskets

Protective metal caskets are made of the following materials:

Solid Bronze:
Bronze is naturally non-rusting material and is the most durable. For sculpture, for monuments, whenever craftsman have wanted their work to defy the elements, they turned to copper and bronze.

Stainless Steel:
Stainless Steel caskets are constructed of metal containing carbon steel and chromium and nickel. This remarkable metal resists the elements with exceptional strength and durability.
Stainless steel is used to protect valuable equipment in the harshest environments,

Steel:
Coated to protect against rust and corrosion, our steel caskets are from two different gauges of steel – 18 gauge (medium) and 20 gauge (average). Strong and durable steel is used to build everything from automobiles to skyscrapers. Our steel caskets offer simple, solid value.

Wood Caskets: Wood Caskets

Caskets made of the finest hardwood are assembled by skilled craftsmen with the same care and attention to detail as a piece of fine furniture. Non-protective, wood caskets are available in a variety of solid woods and are chosen for their warmth and beauty. The individual grain patterns of a wooden casket make it truly unique.

Cremation Merchandise:

You can choose urns of cast bronze, sheet bronze, ceramic, marble, cultured marble, granite or various woods like oak, cheery mahogany or popular. Urn costs will vary depending on material and the intricacy of the design.
